AFROMARINE COLLECTION
The root word, "Afro", stems from the African inspiration behind the collection and it is represented with the predominantly black fabric used in the collection.
'Black' is not just the natural skin tone of Africans, but also a generic term which references Africans' identity as seeds of the black tribe.
"Marine" exclusively refers to the sea and its environs as headlined by the green 'ankara' fabrics used in the design of every outfit in the collection. Green is the natural hue of the marines and also the national color of Nigeria(the birth-place of the collection).
Basically,the "AFROMARINE" collection is a beautiful celebration of the grandeur of Africa's coastlines and vibrancy of the African culture.
